Mallam Ali Mohammad Agadez, the national president of Tuareg residents in Nigeria, has offered his heartfelt congratulations to Muslims across the globe on the arrival of this year’s holy month of Ramadan.
He wished all Muslims a peaceful and blessed 30 days of fasting and prayer.
In a discussion with journalist in Kaduna, located in Northwestern Nigeria, Mallam Agadez emphasized the importance of dedicating time for prayer during the entire month of Ramadan.
“While stressing the important of night prayers and reading the holy Quran ”
He also urged the strengthening of bonds with neighbors irrespective of tribes, culture, ethnicity, region to foster peace and harmony.
“May your fasting and prayers bring you closer to Allah, and may this Ramadan be a time of happiness, peace, and prosperity for you and your loved ones,” Mallam Agadez shared.
He continued, “Wishing you a blessed Ramadan! May Allah answer your prayers and grant you success.”
In addition, Mallam Agadez encouraged African youth to unite and work towards the progress of the continent’s 54 nations.
He also called on Tuareg people from Niger Republic residing in Nigeria and other parts of the world to be ambassadors of peace within their communities.
Mallam Agadez congratulated the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Sa’ad Abubakar II, and all Muslims worldwide, saying, “Let us all join hands and pray for peace and unity across the world.”
He concluded with a hopeful message: “May this Ramadan fill your life with faith, peace, harmony, and prosperity.
Wishing you a Ramadan full of devotion, joy, and unity. May your prayers be answered!”
